During the Covid epidemic we had to postpone our monthly curtain call meetings, so members recorded performances of themselves which contributed to a virtual curtain call. Now that real curtain calls have started again, we continue to encourage members to add recordings of performances. Just record yourself performing a favourite piece - reading a poem, singing a song, an extract from a play or novel, whatever appeals. You don't need anything very demanding in the way of technology. You can do it on your mobile phone. You can make a video or just sound if you prefer. Once you have done it, send the file to John Baxter at johnbaxter1952@gmail.com . John will edit it and put it on You-tube to share.
If you want technical help feel free to contact John or Mark Frank (mark.t.frank@gmail.com).
Below are links to all the contributions we have had so far. You will find you can make comments on you-tube. They will not appear immediately as John will review them before publishing them.

Below is of particular interest to long standing members. Giles and Wendy Davies recently discovered VHS (!) recordings of some SADS productions. They are all pre-2000 and they go back to 1988. John Baxter has done his best to convert them to digital form and they can be found through the links below. Obviously the quality is dicey but they might bring back pleasant memories for some members.
1988 12th Night
1992 Private Lives
1997 Toad of Toad Hall
1998 Key for Two
1998 Wizard of Oz
1999 Alice in Wonderland
